cyber bully
I think cyber bullying is such a cruel and malicious thing to do. The internet gives people a false sense of security, power and people act how they ordinarily wouldn't.I hate cyber bullying, of course. The best thing you can do is just avoid the sites where you're being mistreated and then talk to a trusted adult. If you keep going back people will keep bullying you. Also, don't let it get to you.People who 'Cyber Bully' others are cowards. They lack the courage to bully in person. Which is exactly why I think 'victims of Cyber Bullying' shouldn't be so affected by it. I understand why it would hurt a person, but I can't even begin to comprehend how someone could be so affected by their emotions. They should have the courage to defend themselves to the Cyber Bully. Both sides are weak, in my opinion. I've been bullied before, both online and in person. But I didn't let it get to me. I defended myself and the 'bullies' left me alone.
I'm sure you've heard about the girl who committed suicide because of online bullying done by a classmate's mother who posed as a boy who supposedly liked the girl who committed suicide. It's a perfect example for what i'm getting at. The girl should have known better than to trust someone she met online. I'm not saying the mother was right; the mother was an f-ing psycho. Both sides were equally wrong in that case, which is how it is with all Cyber Bullying cases in my opinion.

Dear my lovely friend,
I'm so sory because take a long time to reply your letter. From your letter that you send to me show how worst you are now.I'm very worried about that.Your word very touched me dear.I always think about how your condition right now.
Although you have gone through difficult condition, remember that you never be alone.I always be there for you.Never feel that nobody ignored you. There are no parents in this world that did not love their children.Don't take yourself in negative position. Please think positive although its hard.
If you always think the negative ways there will be more worst.Suicide is not the end of this problem.Death is not easy as you think it is actually more suffering than the problems you face.I want to share with you the ways to make yourself free from dipressed that im always do at myself.
If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better.
- Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. But make yourself do it anyway (ask a friend to exercise with you if you need to be motivated). Once you get in the exercise habit, it won't take long to notice a difference in your mood.
In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Try downward-facing dog or legs-up-the-wall pose (you can find these poses on yoga websites). Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. - Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. If depression has affected your eating, you'll need to be extra mindful of getting the right nourishment. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going).
- Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. If there's no one to tell, pouring your heart out to a journal works just as well.
Once you air out these thoughts and feelings, turn your attention to something positive. Take action to solve problems. Ask for help if you need it. Feeling connected to friends and family can help relieve depression. (It may also help them feel there's something they can do instead of just watching you hurt.) - Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood.
- Look on the bright side. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal.
I know you are the one who can think wisely about your life.Remember, love yourself.Never lost hope cause many people love and need you in this world, and the one who always be with you no matter what is our God.Trust me,you are very special person that was choosen by God to go through hard condition and will be more strong one day because of the condition that you faces before. If you have something to share, never forgot that i always ready to hear that.
sincerely,
yatty

glee movie review
we also can see the fade moral values among them. All the actor in this story are willing to yield some dignity just to gain sympathy from the other partner for a duet together. This value is not good for a student like us because it is such a bad values. In this movies there are also a which is homosexual which is lesbian. This event is not good to being watch as it is such a sensitive issue. We should not involve ourself in this kind of activity as it is not a good lifestyle.
